We kindly request that you place your trash in bags. This will prevent it from being blown away by the wind and scattered across your yard before the waste collection truck can properly consume it. Additionally, if the trash is not properly bagged and becomes too heavy to lift safely, we regretfully cannot pick it up during our service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
In order to ensure efficient operations, it is necessary for us to frequently adapt and modify our routes. We kindly request that you please place your trash in bags and securely store them in a dry container located near the roadside for pickup. It is imperative that you have trash out for collection the preceding night, as we will be unable to return for pickup if the customer fails to place their trash out accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
We offer the opportunity to receive additional cost savings by opting to prepay for multiple months of service. The extent of these discounts may fluctuate based on ongoing promotions.
We are more than happy to assist you in disposing of larger items, although please note that additional fees will be applicable. We kindly request that you contact us in advance so that we can adequately accommodate your needs.
Please note that refunds are not available for prepaid services. Rest assured that services will continue to be provided for the entire term that has been paid for until its completion.
If your service becomes suspended due to non-payment, late fees will be imposed. Furthermore, additional fees may be levied in the event that a container is seized as a result of non-payment. We kindly request that you maintain regular communication with us to prevent the occurrence of such circumstances.
